Videocon board okays Rs 1,200-cr rights
The Videocon Industries board has approved a rights issue of Rs 1,200 crore. The compnay will also issue equity shares of Rs 45 crore on preferential basis to an independent non-promoter investor. The company will seek shareholders' approval
