Thermax to pay US co $38 m to settle lawsuit
Energy and environment solutions provider Thermax Ltd will pay out $38 million (Rs 170 crore) to Philadelphia-based Purolite International Ltd as an out-of-court settlement to end a legal dispute regarding its ion exchange resin
